mind the lake!
As it is regarded by Hamburger Morgen Post as “ein meteorologischen Phänomens” we are having though times these days. It is snowing every time, the temperature is always minus something and walking on the streets became an art (on ice).
However, the frozen Eister, a.k.a. Alster lake was marwellous. Last weekend we had an extraordinary day on this lake. I remember that I’ve done a boat trip at the point that the people in the second picture are walking.
A New Earth
At the end we are completely settled in Mühlenkamp, our new neighborhood. A few steps away from the Alster, a little bit far to the city centre but surrounded by very nice cafes and a lot of shops.
The moving phase was quite tiresome. While reading this book of Eckhart Tolle which underlines that having very strong relationships with objects avoids you to be a really happy person, we called five cabs to carry all the things we brought from Istanbul and purchased here in six months.
